No Cost Eye Exam and Glasses for Children

The Heiken Vision program is a free vision exam and eye glasses service being offered to Hamilton County School District. We need at least 10 more families to apply for the program to be eligible for the no-cost service.  Please see the attached informational flyer for the steps to apply. Although ten families are needed, all of our families are encouraged to apply for the free eye exam and, if applicable to your child, free glasses!!
