Lunsford Act
|
|
The Jessica Lunsford Act, a new law effective September
1, 2005, requires that individuals who meet certain criteria be
fingerprinted to continue doing business with our school system. To
access a copy of the Superintendent's letter to vendors and contractors,
please click here.
Mrs. Coretha Lumpkin, Administrative Assistant for Personnel, is our
contact for the fingerprinting procedure. Questions can be directed
to her at 386-792-6504 or via e-mail.
To expedite the process, please submit a completed fingerprint information
card (available here) when you report to have your prints taken. The
cost for fingerprinting is $61.00 per person. The fee can be paid
either by money order, payable to Fingerprinting Services, LLC, or by
credit card at www.flprints.com.
If paying by credit card, please bring a copy of your confirmation number
with you. |
