Discrimination and Harassment

If you need to report an incident, the first point of contact is the principal of the school.  The second point of contact is the administrative assistant.  If further assistance is needed, please contact the Equity Coordinator at 792-0543.  There is a sixty (60) day time limit for the initial report of discrimination or harassment complaints.  Once reported, the school personnel and/or district will conduct an investigation and complete the case within twenty (20) days.


Statement of Non-Discrimination

No student or school employee shall, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, age, marital status, or use of a language other than English, be excluded from participation in, be denied benefits of, be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity, nor be denied employment, except as provided by law.  Non-administrative employees and students are encouraged to report any violation of this equal opportunity policy and administrative personnel are required to assist in its full implementation.

Policy of Non-Discrimination on the Basis of Disability
